Patricia Hillman has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of roles and capacities, both in the UK and US, in the field of Early Care and Education.
Pat has delivered T/TA to multiple Early Childhood and EHS programs as a Child Care, Management Specialist and former Region IX HSQIC Supervisor of Early Childhood Education, Infant Toddler Specialist and as a Fully Certified PITC Trainer and WestEd Consultant for EHS programs in Region VI.
As a child care expert and child development specialist Pat has directed NAEYC Accredited programs and taught Infant/Toddler and ECE courses at Austin Community College, Austin, TX.
As a Head Start Dual Language Learner consultant and trainer with Community Development Institute (CDI) in Denver Pat has developed and delivered presentations, Training and Technical Assistance (T/TA) to Head Start Grantees serving Dual Language Learners – hellp.org
Pat serves as a CDE Federal Reviewer for Danya International a Head Start Consultant with CDI and Cadre Trainer with the National Head Start Family Literacy and Math Center and delivers Child Care Training systems for Central Texas Workfource Child Care Solutions. In addition Pat is also a CDA Trainer and Advisor.
Pat is the owner of Zero to Five Consulting and co founder of the Infant Toddler Specialist Group.
Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Pat currently resides in Austin, Texas.
