Head Start Monitoring Support Project
Patricia Hillman has been conducting Head Start monitoring reviews for elven years. She currently serves as a Comprehensive Services and School Readiness (CSSR) Reviewer and has previously served as an Environmental Health and Safety Reviewer.
Pre-Monitoring Visits – Mock Reviews
ITSG at Zero To Five Consulting and Associates’ schedule and conduct pre-monitoring visits to provide training, technical assistant, coaching and mentoring for Early Head Start Staff, Child Care Partners and Head Start staff using the current protocols and checklists to support programs in preparing for successful monitoring reviews.

Patricia also serves as an EHS-CCP Implementation Planner and is listed on the Implementation Planner Project on line directory @ www.eclkc.ohs.acf.hhs.gov
The EHS-CCP efforts are designed to ensure that newly funded EHS-CCP grantees have the support they need to provide high quality services for infants, toddlers and their families. Planners have been trained by the Office of Head Start and the Office of Child Care in conjunction with NCEHS-CCP.
